I was born and raised in Peru, where I got my start in real estate selling pre-construction homes for a builder. Walking clients through floor plans and watching their excitement as their future home took shape on paper. That feeling of helping someone find their dream home never left me. In 1999, I moved to the United States. My parents worked in the title business, and that's how my journey here began. First in title, then escrow, then loans. By the time I became a licensed REALTOR®, I had already spent years learning real estate from every angle behind the scenes. That background is something I bring into every transaction today: I don't just help you buy or sell a home, I understand what's happening at every step along the way, and I make sure you do too. Today, I'm a full-service agent serving Southern California, working with both buyers and sellers. I have a special place in my heart for first-time buyers. There's nothing like helping someone get their first set of keys. I'm also a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist and Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, so when life gets complicated, I know how to guide you through a real estate transaction with care and clarity. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish (hablo español). Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my husband and family, cooking and baking, hiking, playing golf or out on a walk with my dogs.
